We've spent the past winter sprucing up www.mtishows.com for the spring musical season and now it's time to share our new look and exciting features with the world! In addition to a new page layout, we've made it even easier to search for a particular MTI title.
The SEARCH MTI SHOWS box located at the bottom right of the landing page has an "auto-fill" function for show titles and author names. Simply start typing the first few letters of a show or author's name and the site will fill in the rest, taking you to the show page in a single click!

The MTI Musical Finder is an interactive mapping program that lets you search for an upcoming MTI show based on your geographic location or a set of performance dates.
The main landing page of MTI ShowSpace now has an MTI Musical Finder graphic that is clickable and links to the application:

Having seen the SHREK THE MUSICAL twice on Broadway, I'm still hoping to see it once more - this time when the National Tour stops by. It's a really great show, and despite the costumes, scenery and technical magic I think it will translate nicely to a school or community theatre production.

MTI's own, Kaitlin Davis is moonlighting as the choreographer for southern New Jersey's Off Broad Street Players' production of HAIRSPRAY. Is that why she's always so tired at work?
Stage Magazine recently featured the production on their website, and gave a big shout out to Kaitlin and her work:
The physical comedy of the HAIRSPRAY script is sometimes exceeded by the physicality of the music. Tracy's earth-shattering plan is to integrate a popular Baltimore television dance show, circa 1962. HAIRSPRAY contains some pretty difficult dancing. Choreographer Kaitlin Davis and her ensemble of dancers are a driving force of the show.

Get back to work, Kaitlin!

Sounds "interesting". What will they think of next? How about a musical about Spiderman, or a sequel to Phantom of the Opera? Yeah - that'll be the day.
