Calling all young actors!

My name is Josiah George, and I'm the Assistant Production Manager of the Comox Valley Youth Music Centre. We are a summer camp based on the beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Every year we do the impossible, we gather a large group of young artists, hold auditions, and in less than 2 weeks, mount a full-scale musical. 

We have done hit shows like Rent, Beauty and the Beast, Sweeney Todd, Chicago, and many more. This year we're extremely excited to be putting on the incomparable dance show "A Chorus Line", as well as our own original show, entitled "CYMC Glee Club".

Students arrive in the Comox Valley on July 2nd, and immediately audition for our two shows. After auditions are complete and the shows are cast, we jump right into rehearsals. You will be eating, sleeping and living with the cast for the entire run of the program, and will make friends that will last a lifetime.
